Privacy Policy
Who is responsible
App Ready is provided by Mohammad Ghassan Sulaiman. For privacy questions or requests, contact AppReady@mgsulaiman.com. This policy covers App Ready for Mac and these App Ready support pages, not other apps on this website.
Projects and local storage
Screenshots, text, designs and editable projects are processed locally. App Ready saves preferences, access status, recovery drafts and recent-file information on your Mac. You choose where to save projects and exports. If you choose a cloud-synced folder, that service may sync your files under its own policy. App Ready does not upload your project library to a developer-operated storage service.
Optional usage analytics
If you enable “Share usage analytics” in Resources & About, App Ready uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand feature use and improve the app. Events include views visited, editing and export actions, purchase outcomes and AI-tool activity. Properties include theme, access tier and broad export-allowance ranges. Google Analytics also processes app-instance identifiers and device/app information such as operating system, app version and language.
Our custom analytics do not include screenshot pixels, document text, filenames, folder paths, prompts, API keys, AI tokens or payment receipt identifiers. We do not set a custom account identifier or enable advertising personalization. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You can turn analytics off at any time. This stops collection and resets local analytics data, but does not automatically delete reports already received by Google. Retention of previously collected analytics follows the Google Analytics property's retention settings and Google's applicable policies; aggregated reporting may remain. Contact us with a deletion request. Because we do not associate analytics with your name or email, we may be unable to identify individual events. Purchases
Apple processes payments. App Ready uses StoreKit purchase and entitlement information to verify access, restore purchases and manage the free export allowance. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple's handling of purchases is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
AI connections you enable
The optional MCP server runs locally and uses authentication and your document/folder permissions. An authorized AI client can access content and perform supported actions within those permissions; previews may be shared when you allow them. The AI client may send information to its provider under that provider's policy. Local MCP transport does not mean the connected AI service runs locally. Review its settings before granting access. You can stop the server, revoke permissions or replace the access token in App Ready.
Direct App Store Connect uploads
When you connect your Apple developer account, App Ready stores your API credentials in your Mac's Keychain and uses them to authenticate directly with Apple. Screenshots and associated upload metadata are sent to Apple only when you initiate the upload workflow. Credentials are not included in projects, custom analytics or MCP tools. Remove saved credentials in App Ready when no longer needed; revoke the API key in App Store Connect to invalidate it at Apple. Removing the local key does not delete screenshots already uploaded to Apple.
Support and website visits
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use this to respond and resolve your request, keeping it as needed for support, security and applicable legal obligations. These legal pages do not load analytics scripts or advertising trackers. They are served by Firebase Hosting, which processes network information including IP addresses to deliver pages and prevent abuse.
Your choices and rights
Delete saved projects and exports through Finder; recovery drafts and saved credentials may need separate removal in the app. Uninstalling the app alone may not remove saved files or Keychain items. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal information, object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent or complain to a data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. Optional analytics rely on your consent; support and requested services are processed to fulfill your requests and maintain the service.
Apple, Google and email providers may process information outside your country under their applicable safeguards and policies. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. App Ready is not directed at children under 13; contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information to us.
