Terms of Use
App license and provider
App Ready is provided by Mohammad Ghassan Sulaiman. The app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These terms explain App Ready's services and purchases and do not replace that license or limit mandatory consumer rights.
Free use and paid access
You can edit and save projects for free. The app shows your remaining free-image export allowance; each exported image uses one available free image. This allowance is not a subscription trial and does not automatically enroll you in a paid plan. Where offered, monthly, annual and lifetime purchases unlock unlimited screenshot exports. Existing eligible paid users retain access under the app's original-purchase policy.
Subscriptions and billing
Monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. Your Apple Account is charged the full localized price shown for the selected billing period. Review the price, duration and any applicable offer in Apple's purchase confirmation before buying. Prices and availability may vary by storefront. No free trial is promised by these terms.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings or through Manage Subscription. Deleting App Ready does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues through the paid period. Apple controls billing and entitlement changes.
Lifetime purchases, restores and refunds
Lifetime unlocks unlimited exports with one payment and never renews. It is not an auto-renewing subscription. Use Restore Access with the Apple Account used for your purchase to restore eligible access. Lifetime does not promise that every future product or separate service is included. For refunds, use Apple's refund request service; eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain rights to your screenshots, text and designs. Only import, edit or upload content you are authorized to use. Keep backups of important projects and review exports before publishing. You are responsible for the accuracy of app claims, translations and other content, including AI-generated suggestions.
Apple uploads and AI tools
App Store Connect uploads require your own authorized Apple developer credentials and suitable account permissions. Check the app, version, locale and screenshots before uploading. Uploading screenshots does not submit an app for review or guarantee Apple's approval. Apple sets its own requirements and may change its services.
AI integrations are optional third-party connections. Review permissions and provider terms before allowing access to your files or projects. You remain responsible for actions you authorize and for keeping credentials secure. App Ready is not affiliated with or endorsed by the AI providers or Apple.
Privacy, availability and support
See our Privacy Policy for data handling. Features may depend on macOS compatibility or third-party services. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party availability. Apple's Standard EULA governs applicable warranty and liability provisions, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the app or legal requirements, identifying the revision date and providing notice where required. Changes do not remove rights already granted by your purchase or applicable law. Contact AppReady@mgsulaiman.com for support.
