Your privacy matters. My GPA on Android and iPhone is built to work without an account — your academic record is yours, and you control how it is saved and exported.

1. Data that stays on your device

What you enter — GPA, credits, courses, grades, academic record, coursework plans, schedule, attendance, absence photos, and custom systems — is stored within the app’s space on your device. We do not use the content of your academic record for advertising or usage analytics.

2. Export and backup

You can export a complete .a7sebmo3dalk copy to a location you choose. On iPhone, when iCloud is enabled, the app can write a copy into its folder in your own iCloud Drive under Apple’s privacy policy. We cannot access files kept in your device or personal cloud storage.

3. Advertising (free tier)

The free tier shows ads through Google AdMob. Google may process advertising identifiers and usage data under the Google Privacy Policy. On iPhone you can decline tracking through App Tracking Transparency; on Android you can manage advertising controls in the system and your Google account. The app remains usable, and Premium removes ads.

4. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 on this website and Firebase Analytics in the app to understand usage in aggregate. On the website, analytics storage is denied by default through Google Consent Mode. Google may receive limited cookieless measurement signals before you choose; if you allow analytics, the site can store analytics cookies and retain campaign source, medium, name, content, and term for attribution. We measure page and section views, FAQ opens, language changes, store-download choices, and contact or outbound-link selections. We never include your GPA, grades, courses, schedule, attendance, notes, photos, email address, or message text in analytics events. You can change your choice at any time using the “Privacy choices” button.

5. Purchases & subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play on Android or the App Store on iPhone. We do not see or store your card details; payment and refund policies are controlled by the purchasing store.

6. Your consent

By using the app you consent to this policy. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described here, with your prior consent, or where required by law — such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.

7. Children's privacy

The app is made for university students and is not directed at children under 13; we do not knowingly collect any data from them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; changes will be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date revised above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept it.
