Welcome to My GPA. By downloading or using the app you agree to the following terms — please read them carefully.

1. The service

My GPA is an Android and iPhone app for semester/cumulative GPA, academic records, coursework, schedule, attendance, and planning, provided by developer Mohammad Ghassan Sulaiman. The quick calculator is free and ad-supported; Premium features may be offered through in-app purchases depending on platform and region.

2. Calculation accuracy — important disclaimer

We work hard to keep calculations accurate and faithful to the supported universities' systems, but the app's results are informational, not an official document. University regulations change, and every institution has its own exceptions (probation rules, course substitutions, retake policies…). The final, binding reference for your GPA is always your university's official transcript and registrar. The developer accepts no liability for academic decisions based solely on the app's output.

3. Subscriptions & purchases

• Purchases are handled by Google Play on Android or the App Store on iPhone and are subject to that store’s terms.
• Renewing subscriptions are charged automatically unless cancelled before renewal under the store’s policy; manage them from your account’s subscriptions page.
• A free trial or lifetime purchase may be available to some users; the offer, eligibility, and final price are the ones shown by the store at purchase.
• Refund requests go to the store that processed the purchase and follow its refund policy.

4. Your data

Your academic data is stored within the app’s space on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for keeping a copy through export; iCloud Drive backup may also be available on iPhone.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the app, attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer it, or use it in violation of the law or others' rights.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, logo and content belong to the developer and are protected by intellectual-property law. Custom systems you create and files you export are yours.

7. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the app.

8. Changes & termination

We may update the app, these terms, or discontinue any feature at any time. Changes are posted on this page with the "Last updated" date revised above.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, alongside the applicable Google Play or Apple terms and end-user license agreement.
