My university isn't listed — what do I do?

Build its system yourself! From the university picker tap "Create your university's system" and enter the grades and their values (letter ladder or numeric range), plus classifications, year weights, and a repeated-course mark list if your university uses one. You can share the system with classmates as an .a7sebsystem file — opening it adds it automatically. Want it added officially? Email us the university's name and grading table and we'll ship it in an update.

The result differs slightly from my university's

First check you picked the right system (some universities have an "old" and a "new" one), and that retaken courses have the "repeated" toggle on with the correct old grade. Note that some universities apply special rules (course exclusions, substitutions, probation thresholds) the app can't know. If a gap remains, send us a full numeric example and we'll walk through it with you.

How do I move my record to a new device?

Use Settings → "Export to file" to save an .a7sebmo3dalk file anywhere, then open it on the new device and import it from the file menu in the Detailed Calculator. On iPhone, you can also use iCloud Drive backup. Export is always free.

How do I add my schedule and track attendance?

Add the semester’s courses first, then open Schedule and tap Add. Choose the course, class time, recurrence days, and reminder. After each session, log attended, absent, or cancelled, with an optional note or evidence photo; Attendance History shows how close you are to the configured limit.

I subscribed to Premium but it didn't unlock

Open the subscription screen and tap "Restore Purchases", and make sure you are signed in with the same Google Play or Apple account used for the purchase. If that does not fix it, restart the app, then contact us if it persists.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel from the subscription page of the store where you purchased: Google Play on Android or Apple Subscriptions on iPhone. Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not remove the current paid period. Refunds follow the policy of the purchasing store.

Does the app support the German scale (1.0 is best)?

Yes — pick "Germany" from the systems list and the app inverts everything automatically: 1.0 is the best grade, and calculations, planning tools and charts all understand that lower is better.

How do I change the app language?

Settings → "App Language" → العربية, English, Français, Deutsch, or Italiano — the app switches instantly, no restart needed.

The widget shows no data

Open the app once after adding the widget so it can read the latest saved summary, and make sure your operating system and app are up to date. Still blank? Remove the widget and add it again.
