Welcome to My GPA. By downloading or using the app you agree to the following terms — please read them carefully.

1. The service

My GPA is a semester/cumulative GPA calculator and academic-record tracker provided by developer Mohammad Ghassan Sulaiman. The base tier (quick calculator) is free and ad-supported; Premium (full record, charts, ad removal) is available via in-app subscription or a one-time purchase.

2. Calculation accuracy — important disclaimer

We work hard to keep calculations accurate and faithful to the supported universities' systems, but the app's results are informational, not an official document. University regulations change, and every institution has its own exceptions (probation rules, course substitutions, retake policies…). The final, binding reference for your GPA is always your university's official transcript and registrar. The developer accepts no liability for academic decisions based solely on the app's output.

3. Subscriptions & purchases

• All purchases are handled through your App Store account and are subject to Apple's terms.
• Subscriptions (monthly / 6-month / yearly) renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them anytime in your App Store settings.
• The yearly plan starts with a 1-week free trial for eligible new subscribers; the subscription price is charged automatically when the trial ends unless cancelled before then.
• The Lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-renewing purchase that permanently unlocks Premium on the same Apple account.
• Refund requests go directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Your data

Your academic data is stored on your device and in your own iCloud (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for keeping backups using the export and iCloud-backup features — both free, always.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the app, attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer it, or use it in violation of the law or others' rights.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, logo and content belong to the developer and are protected by intellectual-property law. Custom systems you create and files you export are yours.

7. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the app.

8. Changes & termination

We may update the app, these terms, or discontinue any feature at any time. Changes are posted on this page with the "Last updated" date revised above.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, alongside Apple's standard End User License Agreement where applicable.
